How we work
Our model is remote-first, not remote-only.
We use in-person collaboration selectively and purposefully – for example, executive workshops, project kick-offs, stakeholder alignment sessions, delivery reviews, or client-site work where physical presence adds clear value.
We are building a network of senior independent practitioners who want to contribute to meaningful AI, digital, and business transformation work without the overhead of a large firm.
Engagements are project-based and selected for substance over volume.
